SHIPPING
We use Australia Post to ship your purchases. Orders received business days (Monday- Friday) before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day. Orders after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the following business day.
Customers can expect to receive their goods within 5-10 business days.
If you require your purchase sooner, Express post is available at request.
Please keep in mind our ONLINE STORE stock levels aren't 100% accurate and sometimes items are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. We will contact you if their is any troubles.
CLICK AND COLLECT is also available for instore collection. There is no cost of this service. Simply select 'Free instore pick up' at the check out. Click and collect orders are only available when you have received a ready for pick up notification.
ONLINE RETURNS
Rayview will allow exchanges or create a store credit if the sizing is incorrect.
All items must be returned with original tags and packaging, in a resalable condition within 10 days of receiving the goods. Once items are received back to Rayview, we will notify you of Exchange or Store Credit.
All return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.
If the item is not what you expected, please return the item with all original tags and packaging, in a resalable condition within 10 business days.

We have a no returns or exchange policy on sale items so please ensure you make the correct size selection before purchasing.

Gift cards are available to purchase instore or online, denominations between $20-$1000 are available. They cannot be returned and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
